Maple Glazed Carrots

Did you all have an awesome Thanksgiving? I did. 
My mom made this awesome dish over the weekend and I'm so excited to share it with you. She's the master of jazzing up traditional side dishes. 





Ingredients:
3 small bags of freshBaby CarrotsButterBrown SugarMaple SyrupChopped PecansHoney
Method:
Boil Carrots in ¼ stickof butter and water until semi-tender. Mama says use a fork to test thetenderness
Once tender placeCarrots in a baking dish
Slice up ½ stick ofbutter and place on top of carrots
Then coat the dishwith brown sugar
Add a thin layer ofmaple syrup
Top with 1 cup ofpecans
Drizzle with honey
Melt ¼ stick ofbutter and pour over pecans
Bake in over for 30minutes at 350 degrees
Serves 10-12.
